Dispatch and Delivery

• All dispatches adhere to the terms and guidelines set by our shipping partners. 
• For international orders, we use either FEDEX or DHL International mail services. 
• Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. 
• The delivery timeframe varies by destination, usually between 10 to 21 days. 
• Allstudio Art Gallery cannot be held liable for any hold-ups due to customs processes at the destination. 
• We also do not assume responsibility for any taxes or duties imposed by the receiving country.

Return Policy 

• Purchases from Allstudio Art Gallery can be returned within a 30-day period from the purchase date. 
• The buyer bears all costs related to the return of items, including shipping, duties, and insurance fees.

Policy on Returns and Refunds

• Allstudio Art Gallery offers a 30-day return window, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. 
• To qualify for a return, the item must be in the original condition as received, without use. 
• The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning items, including shipping, duties, and insurance.

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you of the approval of your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund, offering a 100% money-back guarantee.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours but within 72 hours of payment confirmation will receive a partial refund, amounting to 50% of the product purchase price.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
